The Wizard failed to detect Security toggle changes during the Disable Security stage for some users.

This might be a Defender bug failing to report toggle states properly.

If unfixable on our end, we can try clarifying the need to re-enable and disable toggles in the instructions.

Addressed in v0.6.5 with a guidance prompt if a toggle appears to not to be working.
