After amelioration, elevate the current user to admin using amecs, download the WSA build you want, and run the Run.bat. You may have to run it a second time after a reboot if your system didn't already have virtualization enabled. It simply works. One thing of note is that other user accounts can't see or use WSA, and attempting to install WSA on those accounts breaks it entirely."
