The YAML still needs some work done in general. Nothing specific, just inconsistency and clarity. For example, inconsistent double quote usage in files.yml, and clarity wise, the scheduledTask actions could be put in a separate YAML file as they're clearly not files.
Anything obvious like that, and don't be afraid to change the formatting/structure drastically if you see fit.
