Latest version should be fetched from the linked versions.txt file:
https://dl.google.com/widevine-cdm/versions.txt
Then replacing https://dl.google.com/widevine-cdm/<VERSION>-win-x64.zip (<VERSION>) with the it.

Should be pretty straightforward.
